Registration Policies
Refund Policy: Cancellations made in writing on or before 1 March 2024, will be refunded, less a £50.00 processing fee. Cancellations after 1 March 2024, will be refunded, less a £100.00 processing fee. Cancellations after 1 September 2024 will not be refunded. Substitutions/Registration Transfers are always welcome. Privacy Policy: No financial information of any kind will be shared with any entity, non-member or member at any time or for any reason. We value your privacy and do not rent or sell email addresses or contact lists. Any questions should be directed to Karen Hill, Congress Organiser (congressliaison@wcetn.org).
Payment Policy: If you are electing to pay your 2024 Congress registration by bank transfer, payment must be received no later than 15 August 2024.
Registration Transfer Policy: All registration transfer requests must be emailed to congressliaison@wcetn.org. The registrant that wishes to transfer their registration must submit a letter stating who they are transferring their registration to. The individual receiving the registration transfer may need to upgrade or modify the existing registration. All financial aspects of the transfer must be handled between the current and new registrant. If you need to cancel your registration, all refund requests must be in by 1 September 2024.
WCET®/ASCN UK reserves the right to substitute faculty or reschedule sessions.
